  • Easy to grow. Plant sprouting root/tuber to a depth of about 4cm and mulch to cover. Best planted at soil temperatures between 10°C and 25°C. (Show °F/in)
  • Space plants: 100 cm apart
  • Harvest in approximately 25 weeks. You can collect a few at a time without digging out the whole plant..
  • Compatible with (can grow beside): Best in separate bed

Hi there I recently bought some Yacon while down on the coast. I have 2 pieces of the fruit (which I plan to eat shortly) and a large piece of the root/rhizome. How should I store this until I can plant it in September (after the frosts) Cheers Colleen

Hi Jim and Jan. It will definitely grow in Bundy. I have rhizomes (called 'setts') available. Let me know if you still want some.
